Welcome to FUNKY FOREST STUDIO. Every terrarium is carefully handcrafted, inspected, and securely packed before it is shipped. Please read our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
During product launches, holidays, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times within India:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier partner and your location.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

We may occasionally offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or Whatsapp (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Packaging

Our terrariums contain delicate components such as glass/acrylic, live plants, decorative stones, and electronic parts. Every order is packed with protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Public holidays
Courier service disruptions
Unexpected logistical issues

FUNKY FOREST STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We request our customers to make un unboxing video fo your order upon arrival, If in case your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Your order number
Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
Clear photographs of the damaged product
Photographs of the outer packaging

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.

FUNKY FOREST STUDIOS is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed Deliveries

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.
